Sales Manager, South Korea

As Sales Manager, South Korea, you’ll be responsible for selling the full suite of CPA Global products. Focusing on software and services solutions for corporations as well as law firms in the IP space, you’ll gain new business for our organisation by identifying potentially lucrative targets, implementing customer strategies and working with internal functions to lead innovative marketing campaigns.

 

This role will enable you to identify the needs and recommend solutions that will maximise the impact of IP for our clients operation now, and in the future. Then you’ll build solid and lasting relations, so as we push the boundaries of innovation in our field, you’ll be the first to bring and sell exciting new developments to your region.

 

We’re looking for:

 

         Key Experience

  • Proven track record of successfully applying solution selling approach

  • Experience of managing strategic pursuit. Experience of leading a pursuit team is a plus

  • Substantial experience in B2B selling to senior level clients and decision makers

  • Experience of carrying sales quota per quarter/year with performance based compensation

  • Profound understanding of outsourcing business (metrics, terms, risks, value propositions, etc)

  • Exposure to multi-culture working environments and daily interaction with regional office

  • Intellectual Property knowledge beneficial, but not mandatory

     

    Key Competencies

  • Ability to ask great questions, be excited by the client’s answers and be a good story teller.

  • Analytical nature with ability to articulate how to solve complex client business issues

  • Lead generation /opportunity management skills with CRM tools (Salesforce.com)

  • Persuasive personality with outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills.

  • High level of self-motivation to understand, develop and challenge value propositions

  • Excellent business process and analysis skills and change project management experience

  • Technical aptitude and hunger to understand our product & services portfolio

  • Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesign

  • Proficiency of business English for day to day communications with relevant counterparties in other countries within the organization

  • Bachelor’s degree / University graduate
